Alice Strachan

Involved in soccer for over 28 years, Alice is a past president of a club (7 years), past member of an Ontario Soccer District Board, and is currently the South Region representative on the Ontario Soccer Board of Directors, a position she has held for 6 years. She was the driving force behind the rollout of a new model for regional play in Ontario and also sits on both the OS Strategic Planning and Governance Committees.
A highly qualified professional certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and a Chartered Community Mediator (CCMed), Alice holds ProSci certification in Change Management.
Alice has been a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) since 2010 and serves as a CPF Assessor for the International Association of Facilitators. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and one of the few certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators in Canada.
Alice lives in Georgetown Ontario with her husband and a golden retriever named Apollo. She has three adult children who are all enjoying their career trajectories. For relaxation Alice is a distance cyclist, horse back rider and a designer/creator of keepsake quilts as well as finding time to have at least one book on the go.
