Tim Hutzul is a seasoned international lawyer, with 20+ years of firm and in-house experience, including General Counsel of Mattr Corp. Tim has extensive public and private board and secretarial experience, having served as an officer or director of more than 40 companies globally. He has acted as corporate secretary to a variety of public and private corporations during his career. Tim currently serves as Vice-Chairman & Chair of Finance & Audit Committee for Pollution Probe, Corporate Secretary to both Canada Basketball and Soccer as well as serving as a Global Celt for Celtic FC.
