Lawrie is a seasoned business professional and board member with an over a 25-year career in the co-operative financial services industry, including over a decade as the Chief Marketing Officer, at Coast Capital Savings, and 12+ years as a director on organization boards. She is also the current Board Chair of YWCA Metro Vancouver and a Director at Prospera Credit Union.
Lawrie ran her own consultancy, Collective Good Business Services, supporting purpose-driven organizations with corporate and marketing and communications strategies. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, and an ICD.D designation from Rotman.
Lawrie was an average but enthusiastic soccer player and is a Canadian Women’s soccer super fan!
